A career path rooted in the corporate world

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 25 years in demanding professional environments — first as a salaried executive, then as the head of my own company.

I have had the opportunity and the responsibility to work with leading international groups: L'Oréal, LVMH, Pernod Ricard, Peugeot, Sisley, Futuroscope among others.

This journey has taught me the value of performance, the weight of responsibilities, and the often silent reality of the stress that we accumulate without ever really stopping.

It is precisely because I have experienced these high-pressure environments from the inside that I now understand what the managers, leaders and teams I support are going through.

What my body taught me

My experience has revealed an essential truth to me: burnout is not just a mental state, it is an imbalance of the body and nervous system.

Chronic stress disrupts the autonomic nervous system (ANS), the silent regulator that controls our breathing, heart rate, digestion, diaphragm, muscles, and even our emotions.

When the autonomic nervous system is dysregulated, the body remains in a state of constant alert, even if the mind wants to keep going. The consequences are physical and biological: fatigue, tension, pain, restricted breathing, sleep disturbances, anxiety, and uncontrollable emotional reactions.

For me, regaining control meant learning to reactivate the natural regulation of my autonomic nervous system, to listen to the body's signals, to breathe, to release tension, and to regain a state of rest and internal security.

It is this understanding that guides my support today: helping people to regain a lasting balance and get out of the “autopilot” mode of stress.

Burnout is therefore not in the head: it is in the body, and that is where true healing begins.

What I understood

The body often expresses, accurately, what we try to overcome through effort and mental strength.

This truth guides my approach today: deep, structured and human support, to help those who give a lot — sometimes too much — to find a lasting balance, without giving up their energy and their zest for life.

My approach is distinguished by:

  • A high quality of presence

  • A secure environment

  • A subtle reading of the body

  • Long-term support

I consider each person in their entirety: physical, emotional, physiological, energetic and bodily.

My intervention in companies

I also work in companies, in the context of QWL and occupational risk prevention, to help teams find a sustainable balance and prevent burnout.

My vision of support

I don't believe in instant transformations. Coaching requires presence and commitment. The body, the nervous system, and the heart need time to settle, reorganize, and permanently integrate change. My role is not to do it for you. I am here to guide you, support you, and provide you with concrete resources—but the real progress comes from your commitment. Choosing coaching means choosing to become an active participant in your well-being. That's why I work particularly with people who are ready to: - sincerely commit to their journey - embrace a gradual process - respect their body's natural rhythm - create a space for genuine transformation Because this work, when fully experienced, can profoundly change the way you live your life.

You won't find me on social media:

I prioritize real presence and direct support with each person I work with.
